I have asked for the disconnection of the service and I am repitedly receiving calls for non payment of dues !!!
I have paid my dues and raised for disconnection. This is prepaid services and I have not obtained for the extention of services. Then why the bill is getting generated ? Even after raised the disconnection... I have Even thought paid Rs. 397.23 what the hopeless service this is ...
I am hereby requesting your support regarding this matter...!!!
The ACT FIBERNET is really not at all good for the connection for internet.. they are not at all understanding the Customer issues ...
The initial days they have asked us to pay amount for 3 to 6 months in one go then our wifi router will be free ... now they are asking the router back... I don't understand why they are lieing to there customers ... !!!
I request your support to refund my amount of Rs.397.23 and close this issue, unnecessary calls needs to be avoided from ACT Fibernet.

Kindly cancel my subscription permanently. This is really irritating services which I have ever took. I have got the msg for subscription cancelation .but now also I am getting calls from your company.
