Dear Officer,
Since February I have been raising SRs for disconnection of services and as part of retention I had been false promised by technical team Area Manager Mr Phani ([protected]) multiple times.
Mr Phani and Sr. Area Manager committed many a times over the conference call with disconnection team executive, myself and Mr. Phani, Mr. Sohail and Mr. Arjun but failed to keep the promise and SRs are being closed or status of SR are being changed to billing or technical issue to avoid SLA.
I have all voice recordings wherein Mr. Phani and others buy out time multiple times to provide resolution and without my willingness and concern closed SRs. Below are the list of SRs raised for the same. Even I have sent list of emails multiple times with the evidences to the nodal team but it's been overlooked and overwhelmed.
I request the authority to stop playing games with the customers wherein we have lot of open options in the market. Iam disappointed and frustrated with the false commitment.

Hence, process my disconnection of ACT fibernet services for me and from my premises and refund my amount since February 2022 else will proceed with the LEGAL ACTION against ACT.
