ACT Fibernet — Disconnection of the Internet connection without intimation | |||
My act user id :[protected] and my act account no[protected]. I had made a payment for Act storm 6m+1m plan on 10 Jan 2021 valid till 9 Aug 2021. Suddenly in July without any explanation then asked me to pay Rs. 992.62. I asked for the explanation and for that I raised complain number Ref No SR[protected]. They closed it without calling me or explaining. Today they disconnected the act fibernet on 21July 2021. Without internet facing issue and felt like cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||
