My account id is 1085830. The junction box was fixed outside my place in October 2015 and it uses my electricity connection. While fixing the box, I was informed that I'll be receiving a concession of Rs.50 in my monthly bill. Till now I haven't received any concession in the past 2 monthly bills. I filed a complaint regarding this issue today and the complaint number is [protected]. And during the heavy rains in Chennai, my Internet connection was cut for 10 days from November 27th to December 7th. I registered a complaint regarding this issue and the complaint number is [protected]. The customer care executive informed me that I'll be receiving a waiver for all these days on which the connection was cut.
I have stated both the issues and their complaint numbers, here. I expect ACT to look into these issues and make sure that I receive the waiver as well as the concession for placing the junction box for the past 2 months. Was this information helpful? |
