ACT Fibernet — Discount not applied in bill for junction box usage

My account id is 1085830. The junction box was fixed outside my place in October 2015 and it uses my electricity connection. While fixing the box, I was informed that I'll be receiving a concession of Rs.50 in my monthly bill. Till now I haven't received any concession in the past 2 monthly bills. I filed a complaint regarding this issue today and the complaint number is [protected]. And during the heavy rains in Chennai, my Internet connection was cut for 10 days from November 27th to December 7th. I registered a complaint regarding this issue and the complaint number is [protected]. The customer care executive informed me that I'll be receiving a waiver for all these days on which the connection was cut. I have stated both the issues and their complaint numbers, here. I expect ACT to look into these issues and make sure that I receive the waiver as well as the concession for placing the junction box for the past 2 months.
