[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — do not resolve issue but billing | |||
Internet connection is not working and inspite of raising so many complaints, they keep closing and reopening a new complaint, but have not resolved the issue for weeks now. Everytime you call the customer support, they say they have raised a complaint, and will be resolved in 24hrs, but after 24 hrs, someone calls and say, please check now and they close the complaint. But when checked and not working, we call back, they close the existing ticket and reopen a new ticket and say 24hrs again. This circle continues, but no one ever visits house nor resolve the issue. Mar 8, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved service technician visited residence and with the help of their technical support from office via telephone and reset the code and passwords and resolved the connection issue. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
