ACT Fibernet — do you really need 24 hours to solve a simple user id issue from your end?

I'm able to open the portal page but not able to sign in. It says "unable to sign in. Please contact customer care". This is definitely not a network issue. I am able to see the portal page. So, all your switches are working fine. No cable damage as well. Being a computer science engineer, i can confidently say that this is a pure back-end issue. And as a company that claims to have the best network, you really need 24 hours to look into this? Blocking our regular work for 24 hours? Do you think that is quality service?
