Hi, I have tried to pay the due amount of my broadband connection on 10th May, 16. First payment was failed as I paid through mVisa option which Act Fiber portal had. But amount has been debited and never credit neither to my broadband account nor bank account. I have been calling customer care almost 3-4 times a week and seems no one is interested to resolve this issue. Am really bored of explaining my situation to everyone in customer care and they take a complaint, rise ticket and ticket will get closed in a day or two without any resolution and without notifying me. Everytime I request them to call me but hardly twice they did call me which is really frustrating. The way customer care is behaving is like am asking internet connection for free and kept under low priority. I have wasted hours of my time and money in calling them but till today no resolution yet. All i get message from them is one request raised and another is request closed message. Not sure long I need to call them more? will they give money back what I have wasted in calling them? am not happy at all..
