ACT Fibernet — downgrade the product. no internet service | |||
I have requested the service provider to downgrade my pack from a-1050 to a-650. They did not downgrade and my account got disabled due to non payment. I am trying to contact help center executive for 2 days, but no response. Please respond at the earliest. I have called them atleast 15 times, but the call does not get connected to the executives and the ivr says thy are busy. I cannot register/track my compliant through app either as it is disabled due to so called "non-payment". Was this information helpful? | |||
