ACT Fibernet — Electricity Bill not cleared for the junction box

I have been trying to get in touch with your company, but no one cares about this I have tried all the medium still no one responding, maybe around a year back my tenant had installed the act fiber junction box in my building and they had some sort of deal with you I don't know how much was that but I was compensated by my tenant when they left the place since they have vacated the place the box is still in my building and drawing current through my meter which I pay the bill. they have vacated the place in October since then I have been trying to get in touch still no response I spoke to the local guy who has installed the box and has shared my bank details ( AS I AM NOT AN ACT FIBER CUSTOMER for obvious reasons )with them either reimburse the pending amount within 48 hours or else I will just cut the cable and throw the box in the dustbin it's up to you I have waited to get sorted for almost 4 months you tested my patience
