[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Ever after several complaints the act team isn't resolving network issues | |||||
The act bangalore team and nodal team has been absolutely pathetic in responding to all the registered complaints related to network connectivity and very low speeds. I've been raising 16-20 complaints every month since feb 2017 and no response from act team at all. They charge for one month in advance but response from act team has been very pathetic. Their field executives simply threatens us telling if you dont want connection remove it and dont bother us by calling every day and this how act works"go and complain to any one and we dont care." The response has been very bad from act. I think they need to be taught behavior and should under go some serious punishment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
