[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Extra amount charged on my bill
We have been ACT subscriber since couple of years. I'm writing here with regards to my continuous complaints to the ACT customer care service with respect to the tele-communication service charge that is an extra amount that was charged on my current bill as compared to my older bill. I'm not sure what miscommunication is going on, everybody whom I spoke to since 8 days, told me that today the engineer will come to the filed visit and will check the tele communication service and will deduct the same from my bill. Till now none have come nor neither my bill was settled.
And they are so irresponsible, not at all assisting me properly for every small thing I need to spend lot of minutes speaking to them everyday.
It would be great if you can address this issue immediately.
I'm sorry to say this but, It is really a very disappointing service.
I have persistently told the representatives that my account is very close to due date and it might get suspended but they were so stubborn that, they told me it won't get suspended and we have put an extension on your account.
Now see, today my account got suspended who will take the responsibility. Please reactivate it, just because of this damn issue we need to face such difficulties and spoil our work. As all the work is done remotely these days, we have to depend on your service. I even told them, I will pay and give me refund later but none have paid attention to this.
I would really appreciate if you can help us with this. If it is not possible with you guys to resolve such small issue, then we will definitely try to look for other competent internet service providers in the market.
