ACT Fibernet — fake billing without internet usage

Hello i am from bengaluru... As everyone know due to this pandemic everyone is working from their work station headquarters wfh or from their native place. I was away from bangalore from march until july 1st and i haven't used a singled byte of internet. Also i informed the act customer care executive to temporarily disconnect my connection from april until july. (I paid my bill for march as i used the internet for 10days) but they didn't disconnect and i was thrown a bill of 1900 for the month of june which includes a penalty of i don't know what. As i was not in the town and didn't use internet i called their customer care (Connected in 43rd attempt) to talk on the bill. They denied everything about waving off the bill and they themselves don't know why the penalty was added to the bill. When i told the customer care that i have told them to disconnect from april then why the status in act app shows the status as active they said they haven't received any such from me and they don't give you the ticket id when you raise a complaint via call and when you share a complaint email they will just close the ticket. When asked for a ticket on my last call for this billing query the customer care cut the phone in my face and after that the it didn't connect (+91 [protected] and +91 [protected]). Pleas lep me in this regards.
