    It's been 3 days my internet is not working. I am in no way able to reach their customer care. They are not picking calls & neither responding to mails. I can't find any way of contacting them. Their chatbot sayd your complaint is resolved while no one has even contacted me yet.

    It has seriously affected my work & studies.

      I have made the payment online 2 times. It didn’t appear in the account and still showed as unpaid.
      I had an emergency so i made a payment yet again, but this time it was accepted.
      But the suspension on the account wasn’t lifted immediately.
      My work has been on a standstill since then!

      The support team isn’t available 24-7.
      I am unable to re activate my account even after payment.

      They even exaggerate the usage i guess so that the monthly limit is exceeded and the customers can be lured into a better package, as i surely haven’t used 150+gb in 6 days.

        Hi,

        I have applied for a new connection on 30th jun 2020, the sales person assisted me in filling the details and he told that the installation will take 4 days.
        Till now this guy didn't call me back neither he has picked my calls.

        I had called up the helpdesk for support, they said that it will be done by 9th of july 2020, still the end result is the same they are least bothered.
        Again called the helpdesk on 11 july 2020, three times they have ended my call after requesting to provide the status of connection.

        The Payment was done on 30 June 2020, still no proper response, its better to refund the amount rather than making false promises.

            I have disconnected my act fibernet about a week back after a lot of terrible experience.

            I finally closed my connection and was expecting a refund. However, i didn't get any reply for 3 days. Hence i tried calling customer care only to find that there is no way to connect with customer care after disconnection. Deeply frustrated, i found the helpdesk contact email and wrote the following email to

            I was using act fibernet for the past two years and recently on 23 june 2020 requested for relocation of my connection within the city in bangalore. However, the request was handled unprofessionally without any resolution. There was no communication from field engineers and despite calling the customer support for over 20 times it yielded no favorable response. All i was told was that the complaint has been escalated and will be resolved within 24 hours. From saturday till tuesday this was the same response given by customer care.

            As internet is absolutely essential for my work from home setup, i requested for quick actions, but all i got was the same response with no sign of empathy to my situation. I got fed up with the support and asked for disconnection. The customer care tried their best to retain me but i found it absolutely pointless to wait any further. Finally they agreed for disconnection. Yesterday night i got a confirmation that my internet is disconnected due to delayed shifting.

            During the call, i spoke with your customer care team, i repeated multiple times that i just paid 6+1 month plan by paying 6800 rupees and needed the refund of remaining amount. They said once the account is deactivated i have to call the customer care and register a new request for refund.

            To my horror, i called today only to find that there is no way to connect with your team. The only way i can connect is ask for reconnection or just keep down the phone. There is no way to speak to your customer care team. What sort of trick is this? Is this even professional or ethical? In your app too there is no way to ask for refund.

            First you disappointed with the service and now disconnected the internet services with fake promises that the customer should contact them after disconnection. But in reality there is no way to connect. Is this the way to deal with a long standing customer?

            I need your support to resolve this matter at the earliest in helping me get the refund. Also explain how can a customer can reach your team for refund if not through this mail? If there is no facility available then this is a scam. Kindly be noted of the false promise to reach out to customer care after disconnection while in reality there is no such facility available is definitely a scam.

            There was no reply and i got a message my query was closed as phone text.

            Three days later, i escalated the issue to another support email id which is helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in

            Again there is no response. I think this is a deliberate mental harassment and financial scam done by the company. I would like to not only get the refund but also bring a change in their refund process and have a transparent communication. This is completely a scam if every time a customer has to run behind these companies like a dog for retrieving our hard earned money. This is completely unethical and i am prepared to go any length in getting this addressed.

              I had made payment for a new connection on 4th july morning.

              Sales executive - mr. Madesh [protected]

              Mr. Madesh assured installation to be completed on 5th july. It wasn't done. Then, i was promised it would be completed on 6th july. It wasn't done.

              Post this, madesh stopped answering calls. I had to call from different number to talk. Then, i was promised installation would be completed on 8th july or refund will be initiated.

              It is 8 days today and till now no update on status.

              I have a humble request, either please help complete the installation or refund the money so that i can make the shift to other service provider.

              I am using mobile data and struggling to manage work due to this.

                I sent an email requesting for the termination of my ACT connection.
                It was not answered and it's been a week atleast. My guess is their customer service is incompetent.

                ACT's phone number is not reachable. I will be suing ACT in case they don't respond properly to my email.

                  I had given a request for new broadband connection on and paid 4845/- on 23-june-20 and noone appeared for installation, i waited till 10 days and after that i requested for refund on 2nd july2020 and 3rd july and received an sms refund would be initiated within 48hrs but now i received an email from appellate. [protected]@actcorp.in "further, a refund request has been assigned to the concerned team to facilitate action. This would take 15 days to complete the process. However, you would receive a confirmation from the concerned team once the process at our end is completed. Please bear with us until such time." kindly check on issue.

                        We had applied for a connection on 7th July '20 and had called Mr. Sobhan Eswar ([protected]), he asked for our exact location. After that he called us and explained the packages and then we proceeded with the application on their app. Mr. Sobhan guided us through the whole process till we made the payment of INR 4491 for a 3 month plan. We were told that it would be done by 10th July '20. Today, i.e., 9th July '20 we got a call from the field engineer saying that he cannot setup the internet in our apartment as our apartment has banned ACT Fibernet from the premises due to their past conflict. As per the field engineer Mr. Ravikumar Sudeep([protected]) ACT Fibernet staff had prior knowledge about this. Now Neither Mr.Sobhan neither Mr. Ravikumar nor the ACT Customer care are picking up the call so that they can assist with refund.

                          Past a few months we face internet issues and most of the times the reason provided is power cut to the junction box. In the July of July I filed one or two complaints and today (9th July) there is again internet disconnect. Everytime the customer service representative asks us to wait for 24 hours and we never get a permanent resolution. Last month I had escalation to the nodal office as well once or twice. Kindly help us get a permanent resolution

                            Hi

                            I requested for a new ACT Fibernet connection, Mr Venkat processed my request and I made the payment on[protected]. Payment credited on[protected]
                            On 1st july 2020, one of the technician said Server needs to be installed and it will take 2 days. After that no one came for installation.
                            I tried calling/WhatsApp Mr Venkat no response (does not pick call nor responds to my messages)
                            I have to call Customer Care everyday to get updates, from past 3 days they are saying it will take 2 days. I dont know, when that 2 day will come.

                            Very pathetic service provided. I am thinking to cancel my request, refund my money.

                            On 8-Jul-2020 they said it will take max 2 days for the installation.
                            On 10-Jul-2020, they say it will take another 3-4 days.
                            Worst part is the say, they will get back, but no call. We have to call customer care for every instance.
                            Worst experience.

                            I requested for connection cancellation, i get a message stating in another 48 hours they will reach out to get my bank details. I don't believe they will get in-touch with me to get my bank details for refund.
                            I applied for Hathway today[protected] around 12:30 PM, by 7 PM got my connection installed.
                            Very GOOD Service HATHWAY provides. Less than 1/2 half for installation.
                            Support also very very good.

                            Thumbs up for HATHWAY -- Speed also, has promised - 94MBPS download, 59 MBPS upload

                            Would not recommend ACT to anyone.

                              Hello

                              I was shifted from chennai to my home town as n emergency. I couldn't
                              Able to return to chennai due to this pandemic situation. I called up act
                              Customer care on 5th july 2020 to suspend my service til i get back to chennai.
                              They are tertning to pay the whole amount for july. I raised the complaint but they
                              Didn't take it off. Without even using why should i pay the entire month
                              Subscription amount? Till 5th july i will pay remaining amount i will not pay and
                              Also i want to upend my service temporarily.

                              With out using the service how could i pay for entire july?
                              I have used till 5 july i can pay tat amount.

                                Refund dispute is not addressed by the act refund team and the tickets were closed with out any intimation or call back

                                I have used only one month of data out of 6 months act rapid plus 6m + 1m plan

                                *plan start date 25th feb 2020 paid 6792 inr
                                *march 21st requested for the relocation sr[protected]
                                *not attended by the network engineers for more than 2 and half months
                                * june 6th 2020 so the account was disconnected saying refund will be given for non usage months
                                *refund of 2182.74rs received which is not correct
                                * 'n' no. Of tickets are under my account
                                *latest ticket no. Srsr[protected]

                                Refund the rest of the amount,

                                Or frankly info the customer that act fiber net is loosing the customer for the pathetic service and will not be able to refund the amount.

                                  Hello sir,

                                  We requested for the relocation in the month of june and also paid in advance for the june bill cycle which is rs.1398. They said due to some policies we'll not able to relocate the service and so we cancelled it. I have the credit of rs.652 on my account and they are not providing me the refund. They are doing scam and not willing to help me at all. Thy are saying I'm not eligible for refund as I'm a monthly plan user. They will not provide the service and they will say we'll not provide the refund taking my money. They are also saying the consumer complaint will not able to anything if you raise complaint because all are corrupted here in India.

                                    We got a new connection from act on 05.07.20 and selected the plan chnact blast promo 6m 2m. While discussing about the plan to your marketing executive we confirmed that we had a router (Which we got for our shop which we had) but was not sure whether the model which we were having (Archer c20) would support 150 mbps speed. When asked your marketing executive she said that it will support. So we went forward and booked for 6 months plan + 2 months without router. Then the installation was done. While we started our work, we found that our network was slow and complained about this. The executive who came saw the router and said that this will not support 150 mbps speed instead it's a basic router. Now we have paid for 150 mbps speed but only using 90 mbps speed.

                                    Based on your marketing executive's advise only we went for 6 months plan without router. We are now requesting to provide us with the sufficient router which will support our plan.

                                    Please provide sufficient router as per your plan scheme. And we don't need one month free.

                                    If you cannot change the plan as per our requirement can you kindly proceed for refund of the amount we paid so that we can opt for another network.

                                        It's been 10 days i did advance payment for new connection with act fibernet. No one is responding properly, i'm following up with them since a week, they are repeatedly telling that they will provide connection asap.
