Hi, My reg mobile no:[protected], i am a customer of act broadband. I am on a 100gb plan with 10mbps.in the month of december my 100gb got completed with in 20days with very limited downloading. Post that i have opted for 25gb extra that got completed in 3 to 5 days. The data usage details provided by act on their app is completely questionable. I suspect that they are adding fake usage to my account. I’ve been talking to the customercare personnel but even they are not of any help. Was this information helpful? | |

I subscribed to 15 MBPS speed I.e.. 490 P.M for 6 months plan, but I observe that not even a single video is being played properly because of very low speed this is happening daily, please take proper action and solve our problem

Hi I'm sumera user of act fibernet I have done a monthly payment of 767 through online payment service as I got a msg of due payment..but my brother already payed today morning 6am n I didn't got payed msg though on my number but he has received debited msg of his payment plzz refund the amount or take it for next month. .
