Hello,
Without checking feasibility and minimum requirements executive named shekar his m-[protected] told me there is a proper feasibility and made me to pay 3months bill for new connection on 12th feb. After 3days installation team came and said there is high extension wire so cannot be provide connection, i called up executive and told me to cancel & refund the amount. From 15th feb till date, executive and customer service telling me will get credited back within 5days and finance team will call up for details. Now again i called up customer service and asked for status, the guys spoke to me said will take another 15days to get call back from finance team then they will ask for account details and proceed for further.
There is no proper response from executive nor customer service or anybody from act.
Kindly do the help on this.
