ACT Fibernet — False commitments | |||||
I have recently shifted to new place and have requested ACT Fibernet to make the necessary changes for shift of connection and none of the team members have got back to me so far. It's been more than a week and no response from company. Customer guys hang up on me when asked for explanation. According to the customer support the case or ticket number has been closed and resolved when none of them have actually contacted me. I work from home and I'm self employed, I have had a bad response from my client end and financially have been stuck badly because of false commitments by ACT.
