[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — False data usage statistics | |||||
Hi. I'm using ACT Broadband service. I'm right now under a Plan wherein ACT "claims" 40Mbps for 75GB quota. And after the FUP, the speed goes down to 512KBPS. recently, in the past few months, I have noticed a substantial amount of FALSE DATA STATISTICS. I would use maybe say over 5GB main a day and the next day when i check my usage, it reports unto 8GB consumed. Initially, I left the matter and assumed i might have downloaded more than I thought. But then I become more aware and then I realized My Instincts were right. This Company had been Thieving me all along. I thought i was only one among a few, but there are actually so many others. ACT is on purpose Cheating Consumers of their Data. They are filled with Misleading Intentions. I'd be grateful if you look into the matter. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
