[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — False promises and poor service | |||||
I had deactivated my act fibernet account during december due to poor services.in the month of may i received an offer to reactivate the account with 50% discount for june and july. However after giving a missed call as mentioned in the message from act i got a call within 48 hours stating account will be reactivated immediately somebody will come to check the services since i had told them to do so as the old wires were gone and also promised old balance of 450rs will be reverted. However after making multiple calls on 1st june technician came to my place and got the connection fixed. Couple of hours later i receive a bill for 2100rs which had no discou us and charges made from 20th may to 1st june as well.. Customer services promised within 48 hours my issue will be fixed yet no response. Looking forward to raise a formal complaint on act Was this information helpful? | |||||
