I have never applied for a static ip and without my permission they have added this charge even to my new bill that hasn't even gone into effect.
Even after removing the static ip for my plan, the bill details are still the same. Calling their customer care is completely useless, they ask the technical team to call me back and the tech team asks me to file a complaint with the customer care. An ongoing loop.
What's worse? They close unresolved tickets with no option to reopen them. Their facebook page is filled with unresolved complaints by customers and yet these fraudsters are allowed to operate as a legal company while cheating their customers. Was this information helpful? |
