I got a massage on 7th Dec 2015 morning stating that your FUP is reached to 80%, I surprised to see that message form ACT, as I haven't used this much download time that too in starting week of a month. My FUP limit is 50 GB reset date is 1st of every month. i never used this much data within a weeks time.
I called customer care and informed this immediately, they replied that send a mails to [protected]@actcorp.in will send usage report and not ever register the compliant and close the ticket without resolving the issue. I again contacted and send a mail to [protected]@actcorp.in, but i never get any response form support. i haven't faced this type of worst services / support form Beamtele.
I immediately changed my login password and router passwords and switch off the router for 2 days. I just switch on yesterday (12/12/2015) to check my mails. I shocked that usage is reached to 95%. After half an hour I get a message "Your account has reached 100% of FUP limit. Please reset your FUP / upgrade your package to enjoy the Jet speed."
Without usage of data how FUP limit consumed ??????? Was this information helpful? |
