ACT Fibernet — Fraudulent billing

They sold the fibernet as prepaid. The sales told its advance rental prepaid service. I clearly asked i want prepaid not of postpaid generates bill. He mentioned it is prepaid. The swindlers says they gave grace time of 15 days and i need to pay for it. I dont get what is the meaning of grace time and what sense of prepaid it is. Just playing with name and cheating customers. When i ask for nodal contact, the executive gave [protected]@actcorp.in which is a fake email id, my mail got failed. And they are shameless to lie and swindle.
