I never applied for a static ip and without my permission they added this charge even to my new bill. Soon as I got notified of this I raised a ticket and contacted their support who said they will cancel the service and remove the item from the bill, they closed the ticket without doing so.
I raised another ticket and spent hours waiting on their customer call centre, same thing again, customer service agent says the static IP team will contact me and they dont and ticket gets closed without any resolution.
Same issue had happened before and these fraudsters disconnected my internet for non payment of a fraudulent charge for a service not requested by me, which I had asked them to shut down as soon as they started the service, at that time I was working from home and needed internet for my job so I paid the charge as I would have gotten in trouble at work otherwise and they seemed incapable of fixing their issues.
This time I will not pay any fraudulent charges, this company is scamming customers and exploiting them by closing tickets without any explanation or resolution of issues and charging customers for random services they did not ask for. Was this information helpful? |
