I had raised an refund request with SR[protected] and router has been collected by your agent on 03/Jan/2022. after that also I didn't received my remaining amount for refund itself act is taking more than 2 months.Please don't apply for Act fibre net connection if you want to communicate with nodal officer only mail is the way and nodal officer always replays the same by copy pasting previous mail apart from customer care you cannot even connect with the manager of customer care department such an worst customer service.For small amount refund you need to beg them for your money it's completely your luck whether you receive or not.

    Internet is not working from past 25days, when called customer care and asked for ticket status they said it’s closed, we raised 4 tickets after that. All closed without resolution. When called ACT manager he spoke VERY RUDELY, asking us to send email to ACT CEO.

    I m currently using 6 months plan, they are saying no option we must complete 6 months even though it is not working. No refund

        Hi Team,

        No offense on the support and services provided so far but getting hard now to get.

        Since Q4 Dec-2017, I am having Act fibernet connection UID:[protected]. I was not given electricity charges discount for FTTH box being installed as part of connection.
        Every year during renewal i was said that the power charges will be credited to my account and gets debited during next renewal which never happened.

        I am due for renewal on 10/01/2022 and am awaiting for resolution of SR[protected] which was raised on 04/01/2022 to proceed with payment after discount.

          I have been associated with ACT Fibernet since 7 months, and since that time, I have witnessed issue with ACT box problems, wire cut off or some or other concerns and for the same reason I have lost 2 days of my salary already, once in August and once in November, and had a blackmark in career as I have to leave the clients' calls abruptly, and today that is 12/01/2022, because of wire cut off I have lost my salary today too, I am trying to contact customer center since Yesterday night, but in vain, no one contacted yet and very very very poor response to customers. As my secondary connections' network is always poor in my location, I have preferred ACT, but with ACT too I am facing lots of problems like in responding, in addressing concerns, in connecting to ACT customer care center, etc. Very Bad Experience I am having because of ACT.

          And When I already have a connection, why do I get calls from ACT regarding "Select 1 for Reconnection, Select 2 for Connect back and Pay later", etc etc etc. Why I get such calls frequently. When I work sometimes in night and sleeping, I get such calls and going back again to sleep is of very bad thing. I am seriously fed up. If just an 10 minutes delay in bill payment on 15th, they will Disconnect my connection within seconds.

          I promise that I will never ever refer any family, friends or my clients to never ever prefer ACT.

              From past 4 day I raised 3 ticket for internet connection problem they are providing temprerory fix and same problem is repeating every morning. The service provider also not responding. Need permnent fix for my internet connection issue.

                Hi ACT Team,

                Last year in December 2020, I got my ACT account[protected] suspended as I traveled to my hometown due to COVID-19.
                That time I was having Rs 1753.46/- in my account as an advanced payment. ACT team clearly told me that this 1753.46/- amount will be used when you come back and reactivates the account[protected]

                I came back in december 31st 2021, and asked for reactivation my account[protected].
                The ACT team contacted me and forced me to open a new account instead o[censored]sing my previous account and told me that the previous amount of 1753.46/- will also be transferred to your new account. I paid Rs 1398.00/- for the new connection.
                Post that I got a call from the ACT team that false information from ACT team only has been provided to you and not required to open a new account and can use the previous account. Also, 1398 + 1753.46 = 3151/- amount will be refunded back to your previous account which is[protected].

                Now Sir/Mam, I am receiving emails and SMS to pay 3047.67 /- as part of my current invoice for 3 months(Jan-March).

                Ideally, in my account I should have 3151(my already paid amount) minus 3047(current invoice amount) = Rs 103/-

                When can I expect to resolve this issue as I am fed up of calling ACT customer care for the last 5 days?

                  Poor Service

                  Hi, registered account number with act Fibernet is[protected]. I have disconnected my fiber connection on 30th Nov 2021. It's been 1st Jan 2022, till date no one has come to pickup router. They keep calling with different numbers twice everyday and doesn't say anything since I have disconnected my account. Please pickup the router I don't want connection anymore and stop spamming my number with phone calls. Thanks!...

                  Due to relocation I had to disconnect my act connection. I had 2 months balance remaining when it happened. As per customer case refund should processed within 7 days of the disconnection.

                  It's been a month now with no resolution. I mailed them, called them over 15times. Everytime I call they give false promises and by EOD the ticket gets closed automatically without any resolution.

                  As per them first they need to collect router and then process refund. However I haven't got a single response from any of their executive. It seems they just want to force me to keep the router in exchange of my refund amount.

                  I have never seen such PATHETIC COMPANY. They have absolutely no responsibility or integrity. Because of them, I am suffering from a month.

                  Yesterday, I returned the router to act office Whitefield, Bangalore.
                  Kindly, process the refund immediately.
                  I haven't receive any refund yet. They gave some false transition id claiming the refund is now processed. But, there's absolutely no refund yet. Today, I sent them my account statement for past 4months. This is really disgusting.

                    Hello my name is naveen I purchased one year plan in act I need to get Wifi router but still I have not got the Wifi router it's been 20 days no I haven't even used 1 MB Mine 1 month has been wasted such a worst customer support they just disconnect the call and keep waiting for hours they wasted my 20 days I lost so much work because of no internet such a worst company

                      My parents have ACT fibernet from last 6 months. They shifted to new house and the connection is shifted, the ACT guy didn't inform about shifting charges and they were also not aware of this. but the charges are levied in the bill and its disconnected as its not paid. its a prepaid connection so they don't check bills.

                      when contacted the nearby ACT service centre, they informed about bill and they paid but the connection didnt work even after payment.

                      We called customer care and raised multiple complaints. The executive kept on saying that he will come and visit but didnt come even after a week,

                      We again called ACT customer care, a person called Zavid spoke rude by saying you should not call the person when he is not coming but you should call us to followup.

                      I asked if these 2 weeks will be added to total validity period. he replied rude as its not at all possible. He could have said its not possible.

                      He said ACT process is tough to understand and you cannot understand.

                      This is totally unacceptable. ACT should properly train its customer care people as the customers are not well educated always.

                      Senior citizens and uneducated people will not be wise enough to talk with such talented and smart and harsh speaking customer care executives.

                        My user is 10974949. I'm providing here so the ACT team can go and check my complaints here are genuine .

                        I was in Blaze plan (120mbps) speed, I was not getting a strong/sturdy network connectivity service as it keeps loading or often reconnecting in rooms other than the wifi router was placed. I just couldn't take it seriously and changed my plan to 200mbps so will get a good spped. But no use, connectivity was same and due to my family member's pressure as they also using it in different rooms I have made a request to ACT to resolve it.
                        One of Engineer came and said, the LAN wire was a 2-pair wire and it supposed to be 4-pair wire to get 100mbps .
                        I was surprised how it was missed by ACT as it is their responsibility to see all the installations and settings are fixed correctly and it seems a cheating to me as they're claiming amount for 100mbps tariff from me every month.
                        I raised a request for it and no one other than the customer service executive responded to it till now .
                        Each call, I made it ended that escalated to high level and within 24hrs it will be sorted out.
                        Many calls and many 24hrs escalations passed but no response to that.
                        The engineer who has to respond in my area they didn't answer to it as well.
                        Really an annoying and frustrated things but till I kept my patience and waited for it will happen due to customer service executive request. But no use, so I called them to place a disconnect request, while transferring my call to the concerned team the call got disconnected and to my surprise the automated request was created for disconnection.
                        I again called and explaine this, but my bad and foolishness, again accepted for the same promise that they asked me to give a last chance that they will see and resolve the open request (LAN wire issue) .
                        But what has happened is, within 24hrs they disconnected my service by keeping the old open request is on hold. Till today, no one has responded and just got an automated message that the request postponed to other days (for reconnection and LAN wire issue).
                        I don't have ACT network now but I have paid for the whole month and better than the best, they still have an open issue with the customer but disconnected the service.
                        How come they disconnect when they have an open issue and leaving one long time customer .
                        Poor and pathetic service. Even the customer executive saying they can't help or reach any manager or higher level other than mentioning the customer feedback in the system.
                        How stupid this is? Having this big gap in their process what is the point having an App support and what's app support.
                        How many are like here who is paying 100mbps but their LAN wire if it is 2-pair set up which will give

                          I logged the ticket (SR[protected]) for account[protected] that the connection is not good. So put this request to upgrade alongwith WiFi router which has no progress yet and when I call the helpdesk, then receive different inputs every time.

                          12/19th : Ticket was logged with Call centre executive for the connection upgrade including WiFi router upgrade.
                          Received notification that the ticket will be resolved by 12/20 between 13:00 to 16:00.

                          12/21st : Called helpdesk for a follow-up and was advised that it will be worked on to resolve by 12/21st EOD, but no progress.

                          12/22nd: Called helpdesk for second follow-up and was advised that since it involves a router upgrade, it might take a week to resolve.
                          However, it was promised that I would receive a call back from the respective team for the update, but nobody called back…again no progress.

                          12/23rd : Today again called helpdesk as no call-back was received, a third follow-up and now hearing a completely different response that router upgrade is not included & feasible.

                          12/25th: Dropped a follow-up note to seek a concrete update for my ticket. Again they promised to get a response with 24hrs, but no action yet.

                          Hence making this written complaint, as its already more then a week but no resolution yet.

                              My name is Madhubabu Mynampati. account id[protected] from hyderabad. I took a new connection and paid for 6 months. Due to poor connectivity I have terminated my connection within 10 days. But I have not received my refund yet. During termination they said I'll get refund and a person will call back about the refund amount. But no one called. its been 15 days and now they are telling me I am not eligible for refund. They can transfer the money to another account. Pathetic response from customer support agents and they dont even know anything about the process and no escalation process at company.

                                  I don't have internet since morning and this happens every month. Every month I spend atleast one or 2 days without internet. Slowly I am losing trust on Act

                                    On Nov 11, 2021 i made a payment for my act fibernet connection. I received a message that it was not complete and hence i repeated the payment and within seconds i received a message from the bank only now it appeared the payment had been made twice. I immediately reached out to act with a helpdesk requesting them for refund and they promised action within 72hours. It is now almost 40 days and my issue is unresolved though they have unilaterally closed the helpdesk ticket. Also I send my bank statement but no action has been taken.

                                    Kindly resolve the problem and refund the amount in bank.

                                      Sir,
                                      I am looking for permanent disconnection, but there is excess credit in my account which I would like to use after few months when I re-connect.

                                      I tried calling the ACT customer care many times, but they make me waiting long time in the line saying that they are transferring to disconnection team, I finally got dropped.

                                      Past few days I have been calling them, Satish from the disconnection team is not agreeing to the above and he says the excess credit amount will lapse and the ACT will take the amount. So he said only option is to use the connection now, but I have said I want to permanent disconnection now. Maybe after few months I'll re-connect

                                      I then sent a mail to appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in and they confirmed that the credit can be utilized on the time of reconnection.

                                      Sir, Past 4-5 days I am following up, but they are not picking the calls, making me wait indefinitely.

                                      I had been calling for more than 45 days by now, you can see how many times the SR[protected] was re-opened.

                                      Kindly coordinate with the disconnection team and disconnect permanently. I would like to use the credit after few months.
