[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Frequent connection problem and no response from customer care | |||||
There was no internet connection from may 18. After continuous reminders, calls to customer care (Which no one received), & emails, the connection issue was resolved on may 22, 2017. No again after 10 days there is no connection. Tried reaching them through calls, emails but in vain. There is no accountability. Customer service extremely poor. Ii pay for full month but get service only for half a month. It is very frustrating and no one from the broadband cares about their customer. Pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||||
