ACT Fibernet — Frequent connectivity drops

I have raised 7 consecutive tickets in past 20 days with connectivity loose stating server is down without any notification . its been 48 hours since i have raised a complaint where the SLA is 24 hours stiill no resolution .

Please help me with any penalty mechanism for beam so that they resolve the issue soon .
