From past one month, i am trying to the removal of power supply box/junction box from our house electric connection and without confirming with me act fibernet executives have closed that ticket and not even informed me about closing. whenever i used to call customer care or follow up with them regarding this they just have only 3 sentences to say.
1) sorry for the inconvenience
2) you will get a confirmation call within 24 hours
3) we will need 7 days to resolve the issue (please note - they need 7 days-not from the time you raised a request. but, they need it from the time you follow up with them). the tat always changes from one date to date.
Every time a new person answers the call and they just have to say - please trust me you will surely get a call regarding this from our end. (no response from their end and you have to again call customer care and talk to a new person).
One time when i raised a connectivity issue with them - i noted their technician's number and tried calling him after raising a ticket at act customer care. after calling act and that technician several times, the technician visits that place and removes the connection and also say that you won't be getting internet connection from now. when i ask him why won't i get internet - he says you have asked for it. you didn't want to give power supply, so you have to wait until we find a new one who agrees to keep it (in a very rudely manner). now, i don't even know whether they have actually removed that power junction box (after this incident happened i am still getting internet connection). i have been trying to complete this tasks from past one month and now i got a response and the result is rude behaviour from their escalations team, executives and technicians.
I want act people to remove that junction box and provide me a strong signalled internet connection. if you can't provide me a good internet connection, please provide me a refund of my bill and disconnect this internet connection.
