[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Fup is consumed without using. | |||||
In august month, i am not at my home and i switched off my router and left. But i get message alerts saying my fup is 80 %, 90 %, 100% consumed and reset. After comming back i have checked my usage as 12 gb, my plan has 50 gb. This month after 37 gb it say my fup is completed and they have reduced my speed. But that is not 512mb which supposed to be at least after my fup. I raised a complain to explain no one bothered to reply. Some one explained fup consists of download and upload. If router is switched of what is this upload mean here. What is the way or whom to bring these complaints to, can any one help? Was this information helpful? | |||||
