[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — FUP is getting consumed within starting 2 days of the month | |||||
We were using act broadband for more than a year, but from last three months, the fup of 50gb data with 30mbps speed is getting consumed within a day or two. If it is only fb/watsapp/ or mail than fup is not consumed much. But if we connect to office vpn then within 24 hours total fup gets consumed. We have complained to the customercare but they have not responded properly. When i asked my friends, they also has the same complaint about act and few of them have moved to other isp's.
