I have customer to ACT since many years and earlier i had 5mbps connection which had 25 GB FUP. But i never had a shortfall of FUP until last month of the my six months plan and that too only on 25th of the month. So now in month of August i have shifted to 25 MPBS speed (A-MAX 650) connection. To my suprise the FUP limit got over in just 10 days only. When i am asking detailed report they are not sharing it and more over they were very rude over the calls too. I believe its high time to think about trust i had and request the consumer forum to help me in this perspective.
Also their technical team member name- Subhankar claims that there are no complaints on FUP limit in Hyderabad otherthan mine. When browsed there are many. Please take an appropriate action on them.

Until now haven't got any response. Could you please expedite the process, i am getting calls from ACT to clear dues though my account got suspended on 12th, they are demanding full money or face legal action. Could you please help me, i am afraid of this now.
