[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — GX Box installation and Refund issue

We have shifted new house I have requested ACT shift my connection to a new home. They told me there no port available in the junction box. They suggested request a GX box. We had applied for a GX connection through ACT fiber net on December 14, 2020, also paid a deposit amount of Rs.2500/- towards the same. the same is yet to be installed to date. also, we have paid 6 months payment. We have called multiple customer care no solution provided so far. The complaint numbers are as follows SR[protected] if the GX is not installed We would like a full refund of the extra money paid towards the GX box since the company is not interested in installing the same. We need a full refund of the extra money paid!! The experience with ACT has been terrible. The call center has also not been of much help in resolving this issue. Was this information helpful? I request for GX switch and paid the full amount. and also we have six month validity Contacted the concerned team multiple times but no response. But it was not installed yet. Called customer care multiple times but it not got resolved. Very much frustrated. Else, refund the full amount. Worst experience so far.
