I requested for a cancellation of connection and the agent who took the request mentioned that I will get refund for the rest of the month. The connection was cancelled the very next day but I never received refund. I sent email to appellate authority and received a response that I won't receive any refund. However, this is in contradiction to what the agent who took cancellation request promised. They seem to ignore that fact and also failed to provide any proof of 0 refunds in their terms and conditions. Is this legal for a provider to not refund when connection is cancelled mid-month? Also, since it is their agents mistake, them refusing to issue refund is plain non-sense. If their agent made it clear, I wont receive any refund, I would have cancelled it at the end of the term.
