ACT Fibernet — Harassment for disconnecting

Hi, i have a prepaid plan in ACT for 6 months so at the end of last month i started getting reminders to pay for the next six months and if not paid the connection will be disconnected was a message which is fair! So i chose to not renew my plan for the nxt six months and rightly the connection was cut but that is not the end ! Again i got a message from ACT stating it is reactivated which i never asked them to and now ACT is harassing me asking me to pay 545/- more as additional bill or else they will not disconnect it seems! Can someone senior from ACT look into this and resolve- a/c[protected]
Please note am using ACT for more than 5 years and i wish to disconnect the without any unnecessary fees or bill which i have not used nor agreed to use!

Hi ACT team have gone mad ! They are playing by deactivating qnd then reactivating i still get msgs from ACT unnecessarily! Is it not that simple u cut connection and just keep quiet? Why complicate it by reactivating it without customer consent and creating non existent bills? I expect this to be resolved and closed fully at the earliest dont intend to have any talks with ur call centre folks!

Hi team - its been 22 days or more and still issue is not resolved i am still getting reminders from ACT for non existent bill payment! Can someone resolve this and close this i do not wish to have anything from ACT - they lack basic customer service! Cant they just keep it simple and not torture customers with non existent bills and reminders!!!

Hi team issue still not resolved now i get a bill of 815 from ACT horrible experience!
For what are you troubling customers by sending false bills! I have not used any internet after my 6 month subscription ended! So stop sending fake bills! You have already cut the connection so just cut all communications with me too and stop this nonsense of fake bills and reminders!!! I really want to sue them!

Why is it difficult for ACT to just keep it simple - we pay we use, we dont pay we dont get internet!
Why complicate it by reactivating without consent and charging unfair bills to customers! And losing customers forever!
