I am existing customers of beam internet service. Recently I shifted my living place. When I contacted beam customer care for shifting my connection they are postponed every time saying give us 24hr time to solve problem.but believe me from last 10 days I am contacting them and nobody of them came out to shift my connection. It's poor show from beam to ignore comman man's problem. Very poor service from beam telecom.
