[protected] is my account number and the moment we requested for an account activation they came home and took money for activation and disappeared. After a week or so after continuous follow up they came to connect and that too was rude with us. They never show any responsibility towards services that we need. After connection every day we face issue with connection but they never turn up.. Finally when we are unable to connect we just left it and wrote a disconnection mail to the company. They kept on calling us for the bills to pay where we are not even using the internet, infact we are unable to connect it shows as user name and password not recognised. We shifted to the new house just above the house we were living early and informed them for new connection. They reactivated the connection without setting up the wire or the wifi box and now behind money. Such poor services and poor behavior i have never seen in my entire life. The number to which we were calling up is : [protected] who keep saying will call you latter but he never call up.. We are writing this because at this crucial time of covid we are unable to connect to net for work and still they want the money to be paid. - we dont have wifi box or wires even connected to our house..
