ACT is making a fool out o[censored]s. It is miserable.
We have been asking to fix an internet issue for more than 2 days.
Our work is pending and this happened at the end of the month.
They keep postponing unprofessionally.
This is very disappointing and annoying. We are planning to switch to another service if this dosent get better. Anyone who is a working professional should not rely on their customer service. Its miserable and they empathise with us for nothing. No action taken.. very very poor customer service.
