ACT Fibernet — Horrible customer service - internet down for 5 days

My internet connection in Chennai has been down for the last 5 days since December 11th, 2022 and still not resolved Complaint was raised five days ago and the ETA status keeps getting pushed out to the next day on a daily basis. You always start out at number 20 in the Queue when dialing the complaint line and by the time you get your turn, they disconnect your phone. I have tried this multiple times and given up. NO OTHER BROAD BAND PROVIDER IN CHENNAI HAS BEEN DOWN FOR THIS LONG. These guys should be stripped of their licenses and put out of business. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

The behaviour is same every where.. I live in madurai...i placed my account in safe custody, when requested for reconnection, they immediately started billing, but service not provided. I raised many complaints, still no use. Finally Raised disconnection request. They closed all complaints - no refund provided, incorrect billing complaints closed.

I feel better to complain to TRAI.
