[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — horrible customer services and no response | |||
I had been trying to contact their customer care through TOll-Free, email and Support Portal regarding my billing renewal. It was never successful, except that they only keep sending reminders without a support. I would like to bring it to public attention on the service levels of ACT Fibernet and it is high time as I see lots of posts, complaints concerning their service Thanks Charan Was this information helpful? | |||
