[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — horrible customer services and no response

I had been trying to contact their customer care through TOll-Free, email and Support Portal regarding my billing renewal. It was never successful, except that they only keep sending reminders without a support.

I would like to bring it to public attention on the service levels of ACT Fibernet and it is high time as I see lots of posts, complaints concerning their service

Account#[protected]. multiple emails has been sent to include even to appellate.authorityhyd seeking a response. I have even visited your office and was told the collection person would call me in 20 mins and its already 24 hours with no response.

This clearly shows lack of accountability and ownership
