ACT Fibernet — Huge delay in refund

Hi team,
I was a user of ACT Fibernet internet services at Banglore. I had to relocate to Chennai due to personal reasons. I had posted a relocation request but was told that there will be no transfer of connection between states as per their policy and asked me to disconnect the request and return the router after which I shall get the refund of Rs. 2600. After the disconnection and router return, I had raised ticket with them multiple times and have followed up with them since past 2 months since Jan 14, 2023 but I am not getting any sort of response from them. This is very painful and affecting me psychologically. Request to raise this as a complaint against them and do the needful to get their attention on this.

Now I am not able to login to their site or check on the ticket I had raised for refund. Also, I am charged around Rs. 500 for not giving back the router which was given before 21-Jan-2023.
