ACT Fibernet — I am being asked to pay double for new router

I have my internet connection with act fibernet. I paid 1500 rs on 19.9-2019 for a new router, after paying another 1498.99 rs on 12.12.2019 i finally got the new router. After the router was installed act send me another bill for 1748 rs. Same router can be bought online for app 2000 rs. I have given complaint after complaint, but nothing happens, act says issue is resolved, but on the app is still says that i owe them 1748 rs
Please advice what to do

Somebody, please do something, is there any telephone number for the billing department. I am getting desperate.
