I have referred my friend and it has been more than a month now, Still I have not received any update or confirmation on this.
I have also raised this concern from my ACT home help page, Apparently no one reached out to me.
Then, I spoke to the agent he assured me of receiving the confirmation but I have not received it till now.
Disappointing service.
