[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — i have paid for net act connection 5 days back, and no one is coming to install it.

I have paid online for act fibre net new connection, it has been more than 5 days the setup is not installed. They are not receiving the call and even the customer care is doing nothing to resolve the issue. Very bad service and because of which i am getting disturbed.

Request you to please resolve the issue asap. I would now prefer to the get refund which is 1507 rs.
