ACT Fibernet — Illegal tapping of electricity and unauthorised fitment of amplifier box at the residence

ACT pvt ltd has illegally tapped electricity from the junction box at my residence to power the amplifier box for broadband which itself has been unauthorisidely fitted at my residence. Neither permission has been sought from me nor I am utilising the services of the company in any form. The residence located at madipakkam chennai has been locked for 5 months and during this time the illegal act of the company has been noticied. Relevant emails has been sent to the nodal officer at Tnagar chennai. However no response has been received from them. Necessary action need to be initiated against the company for illegal tapping of electricity and unauthorised fitment of amplifier box.
