[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — I'm complaining about service and support

The internet is constantly being gone. And everytime I raise a complain they take atleast 2-3 days to resolve. For a person working from home that is the biggest trouble to go through. And the frequency for lost connection is a week. That's how frequently I'm having network issues. And everytime I raise a ticket, the resolution time just gets increased gradually. At first they say that they'll resolve it in next 24hrs and then later I get a new notification saying the resolution time is extended to next day. Very bad service and bad customer support. I'm not complaining just over a single instance. This is my 5th network issue in just 6months span. It's almost like I have an issue atleast once a month.
