After i disconnected from act fibernet i was charged money for the next month which was deducted automatically from my credit card.
After complaining they said they can only revert the money back to my act account and from there to my credit card. They asked me to contact them again after a few days for reversal to the credit card account.
On the second call the customer service exec told me that reverting money to credit card or anywhere outside is impossible Was this information helpful? |
