ACT Fibernet — Improper connectivity | |||||
I have been facing an improper connectivity till date in act fiber net.. It has been 4 weeks thill then i got a constant connectivity... And no proper response from customer care unit... And for this month the bill has come to pay it in advance and on the other hand the technical person is telling server is down in Kodambakkam area and there is no use of paying it. Even though If i pay full amt i will get only3 hours of connectivity this month also along with late fee charges ... This is totally irritating to have a improper connectivity having paid full amount in advance for a month without any deduction and late fee charges are also included Was this information helpful? | |||||
