[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — improper response | |||
Hi Recently 10 days back i have raised request for new connection.in order to that for checking feasibility i have followed up with customer four to five time they were said today or tomorrow execute will come and check. After 10 days that to i called and asked customer care execute to transfer this call to higher management, then he transfer to floor manager, after explaining everything then manager saying there is no feasibility. That to after more that 7 days. I am very much unsatisfying with response to customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
