Sir, I have applied for Internet connection to Beam Fibre telecoms P.Ltd on 1st October, 2014 under the registered Telephone No. [protected] in the area of Barkatpura Hyd-500027. I have paid for 6 month Rs. 3800/. by Cheque .No.659163. My maximum time spent calling customer care no.Technitian so far attained and rectify the the problem that customer is facing . My account with Bean telecom pvt ltd is 800569. I would like to withdraw the above payment made to the Beam telecome pvt Ltd. Since what i got information about this company in dealing good service to the customer is absolutely wrong.
