[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Inconsistent and poor network | |||||
Hi team, Beam is keep on advertising and cheating customers saying it was the best internet provider in city. But when it comes to reality - they asked us to go for premium service of 1 year costing nearly 13, 000. We finally took the service - but service was very bad with regular disconnects. It is completely disturbing our business operations and customer communications. We tried to reach their customer care several times - but we neither get proper response or service.
