Since my previous complaint got no response, posting it again to get some attention.
I had posted a detailed complaint on the subject matter on the below link:

After this, I received a call from ACT's social media team stating they made a mistake and will refund the router charge that was incorrectly billed and credit my bank account with it.
They did waive the router charge after that BUT when I got the money in bank, it was without the Router charge!
I again spoke to their useless customer service team and as you can guess its of no use!
I need the money that was deducted incorrectly for router refunded to me ASAP so that I can forget I ever had any connection with your company ever again!

YOU'VE ALSO SHOWN THE AUDACITY TO REACTIVATE MY DISCONNECTED CONNECTION BY YOUR OWN AND ASKING ME TO PAY FOR IT WHEREAS I'VE STOPPED USING YOUR CONNECTION FROM NOVEMBER AND ALREADY GOT A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER.
MAKE SURE THE AMOUNT THAT WAS WRONGLY DEDUCTED FOR ROUTER IS REFUNDED AND NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANY USELESS SERVICE THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE YOU TO ACTIVATE. Was this information helpful? |
