[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — installation and account activation is not done even after 5 days | |||
Hi, we need internet connection immediately so we went with act and paid full amount. Representative told us that the account will be active in 2 days. Its been 5 days till now installation is not completed. They just completed wiring and went away. Till now no one is coming to complete the installation and if we try to reach the representative his phone is off and if we try to reach customer care it is always busy and we can't reach thru customer care. Worst service. I need the connection to be active immediately. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am afraid they may never provide the connection if it has taken this long. I don't have a connection nor was I refunded after making payment of Rs 3481 towards ACT on June 14th.
